Juan opened ATP Performance Facility in 2001, and Stephanie joined in 2007, forming a powerhouse duo dedicated to helping clients reach their highest potential.
Their mission is simple — to provide the highest quality of training in a supportive, community-based environment where everyone feels welcome and inspired.
Together, they constantly refine their methods and evolve their programs to ensure long-term success in health and fitness for every athlete and client.
Their passion, dedication, and years of experience have shaped ATP into a facility that transforms lives — one session at a time. 

ATP Mission Statement

Our mission is to change the conversation around fitness. We empower our clients with a holistic understanding of optimal living through comprehensive training rooted in foundational human movement. By improving movement efficiency, we help people build a resilient, injury-free lifestyle and create a strong performance base for everything they do in life.

ATP Vision

ATP Performance Facility is built on an organic training environment where individuals of all ability levels train efficiently using proven methods and equipment to reach the highest levels of fitness, health, and performance. 

Through our four-pillar system — mindset, nutrition, recovery, and movement — our coaching team guides each client toward becoming the strongest, healthiest version of themselves. Our facility integrates performance enhancement, strength and conditioning, foundational movement training, and physical restoration principles into one complete system. 

ATP Methodology

Foundational Movement Competency Evaluation (FMCE) Our evaluation system is based on the Foundational Movement Competency Evaluation designed by Joe Sansalone, owner of OPTI (Optimum Performance Training). This system assesses motor control and movement patterns with the objective of restoring true human movement competency. 

Personalized Movement Restoration Program Using principles such as PNF and RNT, we apply targeted sensory inputs to retrain motor control and optimize movement patterns. 

Skill Development Training We build productive, supportive movement skills that enhance performance and eliminate counterproductive patterns.
