Juan opened ATP in 2001 and Stephanie joined forces to make a power house team in 2007. Their mission is to bring the highest quality of training within a comfortable, community-based atmosphere. They are constantly learning and developing their methodology and application to help create real change and longevity in health and in fitness of each client and athlete. Their passion and expertise provide a platform for success. They are tremendously grateful for the opportunity their students have given them for growth every day.

Coach Jorge has been teaching at ATP since 2017. A life long athlete with a passion for all things sports and performance. His mission is simple, to learn and help educate others on how to achieve a better version of themselves. A practitioner of everything from basketball to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, training never stops whether he is in or out of the facility.

Andrea is a registered dietitian who takes a real food and integrated approach when working with individuals. She believes in improving the root problem as opposed to merely treating symptoms.
Andrea received her bachelor and masters degree in Diet and Exercise.
Shewas the 1st to complete this program and pave the way for other individualswho had the same passion for both nutrition and exercise. She also hascertifications in personal training (NASM-Performance EnhancementSpecialist) and sports nutrition (International Society of Sports Nutrition).
Andrea is the owner of My True Health, LLC, a company that helpsindividuals and groups achieve their optimal or “true” health andperformance. She starts with getting to know the client via acomprehensive assessment that looks at background, nutrition and lifestylehabits, symptoms, barriers, and goals. She then designs an individualizeddiet, supplement plan, and provides lifestyle recommendations based onthe individual’s needs and goals. Areas of passion include: gastrointestinalhealth, hormone balance, stress and adrenal support, thyroid function, andperformance nutrition.
